Warm welcome, spotless service and facilities and an intimate atmosphere in line with the small size of the hotel. Great relaxation at the pool in the shade of coconut trees.

The beach right beneath the hotel is covered with rocks and seaweed - but walk 200m south and the Batu Layar beach is excellent. Restaurant prices high compared to similar food quality in the surrounding area.

We recently stayed at this luxurious beachfront retreat, nestled amidst palm trees and offering stunning views of the ocean. The location of this place couldn't be more perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the warm reception to the attentive restaurant and bar staff, even the housekeeping and gardening team. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant served delicious meals that were beautifully cooked, and we particularly enjoyed sipping on drinks while watching the sunset.

The beach was filthy and the location is outside of the main drag, so taxi/car/motorcycle is required. Breakfast is limited, as is the restutant menu

The hotel is perfect, very quiet and clean, the staffs are very gentle and they did everything for us.

The beach is not as good as we expect, it is too small and the sand is too sharp, not that soft as sand on south of Bali. There are many Muslem on the island, maybe a little bit noisy when they have some celebration.

The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and tasty eggs. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that guests felt welcome and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a few local attractions and restaurants, providing a fun way to explore the area.

The hotel was a bit farther from the main part of town, which required transportation to go out for meals or activities. Additionally, the hotel restaurant was just okay for dinner, and there were better options offsite for those looking for local cuisine. it was a nice experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a private and relaxing getaway.

The hotel is excellent quality, the rooms are large and the sea front location is wonderful. The staff are attentive, very polite and the food is high quality.

There is a room that loops around the perimeter of the hotel which at times can be noisy in the middle of the night.

The beach is terrible. The pool is small and the hotel very close to te road therefore very noisy.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely boutique villa hotel. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The personalized care from the friendly staff made me feel like a valued guest. The clean and serene outdoor bathroom added a touch of luxury to my stay. The peaceful beach, although not private, provided an opportunity to splash around and enjoy the sea with the complimentary beach shoes. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff and service were great. The resort is out of senggigi town centre, and therefore it is private and quiet. It is a great place to stay if you prepare to just do nothing and relax by the pool.

It looked like the resort was on the beach from the photos, however there is no beach and it is not recommended to swim in the sea. The resort is near the main road, the traffic noise can be quite disturbing. There is no cafe/restaurants/shops nearby (the resort restaurant food is the only option), a transportation is required to get to the town centre.

The Chandi Boutique Resort & Spa in Lombok was perfect in every way! Ocean view room, well-designed outdoor bathroom. Wonderful complex with spa, bar, and restaurant. Helpful and attentive staff. Great respite from touring. Clean and well-kept. Beautiful enclave. Home-made granola for breakfast.

Superb setting by the beach, great environment for relaxing and very helpful staff. Our room with ocean view offered great comfort - we especially liked the outdoor bathroom!

Location is quite remote from the center of Senggigi. Restaurant not quite up to hotel's standard (one meal was served almost cold, breakfast is rather average).

We loved the tranquil garden view, awesome shower, and made-to-order breakfast with extravagant options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a good ambiance and decor.

the staff at receptionist welcomed us very nice, they have good attitude.... we have a pleasant stay at there...nice + clean hotel, delicious meal
